This is a vintage dress form. It isn't ajustable, the waste is 26 inches the bust is 36 and the widest spot on the hip is 36,it's in good condition. The fabric has been painted black and gray, but I'm pretty sure it's the original brown fabric, you can see the color stapled to the wood bottom and you can also see under the ribbon around the waste there is a thin brown line.
