Here for sale I have this Vandalstop (www.vandalstop.com) stainless steel lockable vandal resistant three roll toilet paper dispenser.  I believe this is model VSP-OFUx3 but it does not say a model number anywhere so I can't be positive that is the correct model number.  It is possible that this dispenser was never actually installed.  It isn't brand new I found it unboxed like this at our local thrift store, but there is no paint on it or any signs of vandalism.  It does not appear to me that it was ever installed into a bathroom, but I am calling it used just to be safe.  It holds three rolls of toilet paper.  The cover is hinged so it's easy to refill, just flip it up and load new rolls.  It locks on both sides but one side has the shroud that hides the lock.  The other does not.  LOCK NOT INCLUDED!!!  This toilet paper dispenser is not "mint", not "like new", it is in very nice condition.  What you see in my photos is what I have to offer and nothing more.
