All new door seals New compressor about four months before taken out of service (remoted compressor for better efficiency and less kitchen noise/heat) New condenser 2 of the four fans were replaced.  External thermostat -- works much better than the factory knob ones.   This unit has basically been overhauled. The only reason it was removed was because i added a second set of ovens and had to lose 2 ft of make unit to do so.   Please note - compressor is remote, this made the unit work much better because it wasn't sitting in a hundred degree kitchen collecting flour and dust.  And our kitchen frequently hits one hundred in the summer so this unit was overhauled and upgraded to meet or beat the new health dept standards for 41 degree operation.  You can easily have the compressor put back into the unit. You will need an hvac tech either way because of the remote compressor.  This unit is ideal for high volume pizzerias.   Buyer responsible for local pick up - otherwise i will charge $100 palleting/handling few.  You arrange shipping i am close to shipping terminals for Bedford,pa and cumberland md.  I will drop this off at a terminal if need be.
