This is a one of a kind, hand crafted Large Pizza Peel, made from solid hardwood, and has a forged bronze rivet that goes all the way through the body of the blade.  This would make a great addition to anyone's outdoor oven or large indoor oven.  Unlike other peels, the entire body of the blade evenly tapers, creating compete symmetry, which adds to the aesthetics as well as function.  The end of the handle is fitted with an eye that makes the peel wonderful to use, giving the user extra stability while navigating the oven, and is a handy way to hang and display your new peel.   The handle and edges are hard Maple and the sides are Walnut and Cherry.  Has a hand rubbed oil finish.  Made in America by an American Craftsman!
