This machine features a 49.5x49.5 inch cut area. It has many standard options not found in many other machines under $40,000.00. The frame is fully welded 3x3 steel welded and powdercoated with 1/2" thick steel feet. The Z axis has our Mag-Lok magnetic breakaway torch safety system and a large 3/4" in diameter stainless steel maintenance free fully machined screw. Machine is maxed out as much as possible including CNC pocketing every possible machined plate. These machines are based on CNC machined and turned components. Torch height control interface allows Windows XP,7 and some Windows 8 machines to be used. This particular machine will come with a PC loaded with CAD/CAM and software licenses for life. Machine electronics, hardware and build materials are all USA derived. A fantastic machine for the money. Machines come minus plasma cutter but have a cable to instantly interface to a Hypertherm 45-65-85-105-125. Hi-frequency applications such as a HPR130 HSD, MAX PRO 200 or larger must be properly shielded and must be ordered special. Other plasma cutters can be adapted however WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM USING CHINESE IMPORT PLASMA CUTTERS in any automation.
