Walls may be of any type and material you would like to use and may be arranged according to your design. They may be moved or changed at any time without effecting the structural integrity of the cabin. Interior walls may be built with steel studs (optional CSC item), wood studs, or panels of your design. This Cabin Kit Includes a complete steel frame, to complete the CSC1832 cabin FRAME. The porch materials are NOT INCLUCED, plans for the porch are included and it may be built from locally purchased materials or additional material purchased from CSC Building System. THIS KIT IS BUILT ON A CONCRETE SLAB, FIRST FLOOR FRAMING (OPTIONAL CSC ITEM) IS NOT INCLUDED. What is INCLUDED with this Kit? Complete Galvanized Steel frame for the roof, walls, and second floor Galvanized Steel door frames and window frames as per this plan. (field cutting required) Structural Bolts. Braces, and screws required for assembly Plans for assembly (3 copies) Engineers Stamp on the frame design. A copy of the 2015 IBC prescriptive foundation designs for residential structures If your local building official will not accept the IBC prescriptive design, you will be required to follow their instructions for developing an acceptable foundation design. Everything to build the CSC1832; as an enclosed exterior shell, EXCEPT the actual windows and doors, and slab or foundation. What is NOT INCLUDED with this Kit? Anything and everything not listed as included; which includes but is NOT limited to: Interior wall framing Porch materials Flooring for the second floor (frame is included) Furring strips for the inside of the exterior walls for installing insulation, drywall, or paneling.
