5 day auction with NO RESERVE !!! This auction is for 2 STIHL TS 400 64cc cutoff saws. One is complete, the other is missing the top, side, and rear cover, and some of the start recoil parts. So please READ all details, and please decide if this is for you, BEFORE you bid. There are no returns or refunds, period. Shipping is to the continental 48 United States only which does NOT INCLUDE Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Local pickup is welcome. Now then, sorry about the nighttime flash pics guys, I know they don't always come out as good as daytime pics. Both of these units start and run. The complete unit has a new after market ignition coil, and the length on the plug wire is a little short. It does reach the plug, but its only fair to let you know this. Also just put a new throttle rod on it. Usually it will start right up on choke, sometimes it gives a little 'tude. Once its running, it seems to cut pretty well and with good power. Occasionally it might stall. When it did, 1 or 2 pulls with the choke on and it started right back up. The only other thing I noticed, the clutch may be a little tight, as the cutting wheel will not come to a complete stop even at idle speed. So once again gentlemen, Im just telling you straight. If you cant deal with it like this, it would be in your best interest to go to the next listing. If you need one that works OEM perfect, this one aint it ! The second unit missing the covers is also a good runner, in fact a better runner than the complete unit IMO (yes I had to play musical start recoils for a bit). This one starts and runs, cut some small stone with it, it did just fine. I have a new throttle rod for this one, the rod is included. Comes with the starter cover you see, I will throw in a rope and T handle, and I do have a rope rotor, I do NOT have the recoil spring. Im not sure if I have the correct paw and clip for it, if I can find them I will include them for the buyer. There is a chance that I may have a complete pull start on it by the end of the auction, but all I can guarantee for now is what you see in the pictures.
