NAME OF THE VETERINARY MEDICINAL PRODUCT SULFATHIAZOLE 5% FOR VETERINARY USE ONLY This treatment applies to the following species: large and small ruminants, equines, Swine, dogs and cats Composition: 50 g ointment contains: Active ingredient - 2.5 g Sulfathiazole Sodium, excipients - Cod-liver Oil, Wool Fat, White Soft Paraffin and Purified Water. Indications: It is used in the prevention and treatment of clean operative wounds (preventive and cosmetic, orthopedic, abdominal surgery, castrations), wounds healing by first intention and spontaneous wounds - infected or uninfected. Contraindications: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the ingredients! In the presence of purulent secretions activity was lowered. Adverse reactions: Possible skin rashes. This treatment applies to the following species: large and small ruminants, equines, Swine, dogs and cats Dosage and administration: Necrotic areas and purulent wounds (the affected area of skin) shall be cleaned previously.
