We put a battery in each (not included ) and all powered on,displayed 888, and the arms moved for a second.Over all condition is unknown so we are selling them AS IS with no warranty. All have probes and the 2 in the boxes also have unused power supplies.

This is a sealed factory unit. The front cover opens to access the chart paper, ink and setting switches. I know nothing about this unit other than, it lights up when plugged in.
