RETURNS - EXCEPTION A return shall only be accepted if all of the following occur: The exterior shipping carton is visibly damaged during shipping. The shipment is rejected immediately upon attempted delivery. The intended recipient points out the carton’s damage to the courier. It is logged into the courier’s system and is verifiable on the courier’s website that the shipment was rejected due to damage of the carton. Buyer shall be, in such instant, refunded the full amount of the winning bid. Buyer pays for return-shipment if an expense is associated with it. The return-shipment expense, if any, shall be deducted from the refund if the shipper is assessed a fee. As a generality however there is usually no fee for rejecting a shipment.
