If so, you should take a look at the Tamerica SecureBind V400-M. This is a punch that can help you prepare your documents for binding. This device is compact and easy to use, but it does have some limitations. Check out its strengths and weaknesses: Strengths: The V400-M is designed to help you punch holes in your documents. This device can punch four holes at a time, so it's suitable for use with VeloBind and SureBind machines that work with 4-pin binding strips. This punch can process up to 20 sheets are a time which will be helpful when you're preparing shorter and medium-length documents. Also, using this device is a snap. You can just stick your sheets in the punching channel and push down on the lever. It doesn't get much easier than that. The V400-M is quite compact. It's about the size of a regular three-hole punch so you shouldn't have any trouble finding room for it. You can even store it in a desk drawer when you're not using it. The device's measurements are just 4” (height) x 12.25” (width) x 3” (depth). If you ever need to edit your documents after binding them, you can take advantage of the debinding tool that accompanies this punch. The tool is easy to use and will enable you to edit your work in seconds. This punch is pretty durable so you should be able to get a lot of use out of it.
