Up for consideration is a Jacobs Number 3 B Chuck with a Number 2 Morse Taper. The opening capacity is 1/8" to 5/8". The jaws were a little sticky at first, but a little WD-40 seems to have solved that issue.

This is a nice used master holder for holding cutters that have the Devlieg hex drive shank, Gairing also makes this same system but I am not sure if they are interchangeable. It is equipped with 3 cutters. The hex shank measures about .744" across the Flats.
