Set of three (3) steel taper tools. The largest is a total length of 14", the taper length is 10", the large end of the taper is 2" diameter, the small end of the taper is 1" diameter and the width of the base (straight shaft) is 1 1/2" in diameter. The second largest one is a total length of 10", the taper length is 6 3/8", the large end of the taper is 1 3/4" diameter, the small end of the taper is 1 5/8" and the width of the base (straight shaft) is 1 1/2" in diameter.

I bought this in a lot that had a 1/2" shank bit. I have nothing that will take this larger tapered shank, so I dont know how sharp it is. It appears to be very usable.
