From WA state e-cycle program. The 1730 wavefrom monitor appears to be working. The 1720 has a broken phase control shaft and does not appear to be working. Sold AS-IS parts or repair. RETURNS: We don't offer "returns" through the eBay system. That system is there for retailers on new products. In that system, if you don't like the item or just decide you don't want it, YOU pay to return it and may have to pay restocking charges. We sell used items that have been inspected and described as best as possible and are here to work out any problems that may occur. In all cases, you are completely covered against everything. On rare occasion, shipping damage occurs and is covered through insurance. On even more rare occasion, something is missed or misunderstood. We attempt to disclose everything we know and admit if we don't know. We have no problem working with reasonable requests and value our customers. We work with recyclers in the Washington State e-cycle program. Keeping working items out of the dump. We also work with donated items. Many items are simply "replaced" during system upgrades and work perfectly but are just "old". We re-use packing materials. Keeping packing material out of the dump. Most packing foam and Styrofoam is not easily recycled and most is dumped. We support handicapped individuals with work activities in our shipping department. They receive training and supervision. We do our best to pack for safe delivery. All items are shipped insured. We do our very best to test what we offer and do not list anything with problems unless it is listed for parts. We have a trained technician donating time to out efforts. Moving, Cleaning, Testing, Packing and Shipping all require a lot of effort and materials. Please keep this in mind if making offers.
