I tested it and it's working. The timebase. Both channels work.  The volts per division work. As far as I can tell this oscilloscope works.   With that being said many of the knobs and buttons are sticky or stiff.  Especially the scale illumination knob.  This unit needs exercised.  You get the pictured probe but notice the probe tip clip thing is missing. I don't see any broken parts or missing parts or cracks.  There is soil.  regards, Paul
