The Tektronix HFS9003 Programmable Stimulus System is a top-of-the-line 12-channel pulse generator that is fully programmable. The maximum high level output is between +5.00V and +5.50V, while the minimum low level output ranges from -2.50V to -2.00V. The Tektronix HFS9003 Programmable Stimulus System comes with a line cord and manual on CD. If returned, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The system comes fully configured and tested, complete with an internal calibration routine. With precision channel-to-channel timing alignment, this system is configured with three HFS stimulus cards, each with 4 channels, for a grand total of twelve channels. It has firmware version 2.5 and is shipped to US locations. The output transition is variable, ranging from less than 250ps to 6ns, and the bandwidth ranges from 315MHz to 630MHz. The HFS9DG1 and HFS9DG2 stimulus cards each have different output capacities, including both differential and single-ended outputs. The maximum peak-to-peak amplitude varies from 3.00V to 5.50V, while the minimum peak-to-peak amplitude is 10mV.
