Quantity one, Tektronix (Tek) 671-0049-0x Acquisition Test Fixture for Oscilloscopes  & Logic Analyzers. Provides 24 logic signals, one glitch signal, and three clocks. Excellent tool for verifying operation of oscilloscope analog and digital inputs, logic analyzer inputs, and probes. There are two versions of this test board and they are substantially the same with the exception of: The 671-0049-00 version which was released by the scope folks. This version of the test board is not pictured. No silk screened line around the outer edge. Uses a switch to apply/remove power. Only a single row of square pins for the signals - the B column as seen in the fourth picture. The 671-0049-01 version which was released by the logic analyzer folks. This is the version of the test board that is pictured. Silk screened silver line around the outer edge. Uses a two-pin jumper to apply/remove power. Dual row of square pins for each output, signal/ground. The version of the board that you get will be chosen at random when they are pulled from the box. See the attached logic analyzer screen shots for pictures of the waveforms, glitch width (72.5ns), clock frequency (257.52kHz), and the length of the data pattern (66.49us). All of these come with a new battery (BR2330). I have seen these work using the current drawn from the logic analyzer probes to power the board (no battery). It gives you funky waveshapes but it is kind of cool to see it function without a battery. Check out my other items!
