This Tektronix VM700T was powered on and tested for functionality. Each of the buttons on the item were checked for response and all seemed to be working like normal. The item's screen shows clear and all the lights on the item are functioning normally. The item has a few small marks around it but are minor. A video feed was presented on each channel (A, B, C) from a CCD camera and measurement and image taken to demonstrate function. There were no other tests done on this item. Calibration sticker dated 2001, calibration seals intact. RETURNS: We don't offer "returns" through the eBay system. That system is there for retailers on new products. In that system, if you don't like the item or just decide you don't want it, YOU pay to return it and may have to pay restocking charges. We sell used items that have been inspected and described as best as possible and are here to work out any problems that may occur. In all cases, you are completely covered against everything.
