This item will fit on Tennant - Nobles - BlueStar - Castex - OR Green Machine Equipment. The squeegee is replaced when there is streaking behind the scrubber (we assume that the squeegee is not dirty, floor has been dust mopped or swept before using the scrubber and that the squeegee is wiped off before using and whenever needed during use). There are four sides to a squeegee so we advise as a rule of thumb, turning over the squeegee each week and then replacing it at the end of the month (or when all 4 edges of the squeegee is rounded by wear, depending upon usage). Squeegee alignment-This can also be caused by misaligned squeegee (that means that it doesn't hit the floor squarely). Look at the blade where it meets the floor and it bends back at a 45 degree angle. Is it even all the way across? You might have to adjust the height of the squeegee by adjusting the wheel height. Are they adjusted so the squeegee hits the floor evenly all the way across? Are they bumping up and down? Do the wheels need to be replaced? We have them for you. Shipping is free when you combine orders. Streaking- Streaking can also be caused by low suction due to hose blockage or vacuum motor failing. Generally you will see water streaming the end of the squeegee especially on turns. Check the hose for blockage and then put your hand over the end to shut off the suction then release. Is the suction strong? If the vacuum motor is noisy you may need to replace it to pick up water well again. If you have been using the scrubber too strip floors and the wax foam has gotten into the motor fans inside, causing less air to pass and the suction to be reduced. You must change the motor to restore the suction.  We have strong low cost vacuumed motor for you. Email me (on eBay) for info. Free shipping on combined orders. Trigger Switch (forward-Reverse) What if your machine won't go forward? It may be the trigger switch in the handle. It is commonly replaced often (because we start and stop and start so much and plastic switch wears out). First it is hard to get to go then it won't go when you activate the handle trigger switch on one side, then both sides. It's almost always this switch. One side works and the other side doesn't. Boom! It’s the switch or its wire came off (which is easy to spot). You may do a continuity check on the switch if you are in doubt. Email me for an easy procedure to check it. I'll walk you through it. It is standard practice to always replace both of them since they are the same age.  1063165 Trigger Switch (Forward-Reverse), Push, Spst (Single Pole Single Throw). By it from us. If you want to do this send me an email (through eBay) and ask for free shipping on combined orders. Want diagnostic help or procedures from the pros? We are easy.
