this is a used unit made by quincy model number 12-140 there are no shelf in the unit except for the bottom rack and that is in place and can not be moved. there are two brackets included so one could add a shelf if they have one or want to add one on their own. powers on-- heats up -- dial is working-- push button for heat cycle works and lights up when on.
