Home has been used over 5 years as an emergency living place and what is counted as a personal property. Lot size is 175 x 75, water, electric, high speed internet, TV etc. are connected but not in use in this time. Main building has a space for kitchen facilities, shower with instant water heater and full size built-in bed. Main building is insulated and heated with electric, oil based heater and there is one air conditioner in sleeping area. Second bedroom has queen size built-in bed and storage space under it. That bedroom also has an air conditioner. There are also two storage areas between these bedrooms and additional standalone storage, size 8x8 in backyard. Buildings are about 8x8 size moduls, wide planks pine wood made, 5 of them are connected together. There is also rock made shelter for a dog, what keeps temperature in summertime near 20 degrees lower, having live grass roof top. Front of main building is also fenced for a big dog, having 5 feet tall metal wire fence. There are also several old trees in the lot and 30-40 young, 5-6 feet tall trees. Distance for Fort Worth is about 45 miles, to DFW airport 65 miles and to Dallas about 85 miles. Granbury has all basic services and stores (Kroger, Walmart, HomeDepot, Lowes, Staples, HEB, Michaels etc.) There is several boat ramps around Granbury Lake, nearest ramp is couple miles from this property.
