With purchase this reactor we will provide full description of leaching process concentrate or electronic waste material with gold and platinoids Case Study 1. The obtained  concentrate or electronic waste material with gold and platinoids is loaded through the upper hatch of the reactor, dissolution is carried out in 2 stages: first, a solution of aqua regia (1: ?????) is fed in the volume necessary to dissolve the main amount (about????%) of the feedstock and dissolved with stirring. The process of dissolution of raw materials goes slowly at first, but as the temperature of the pulp increases due to the release of heat, the process develops rapidly. The leaching process is carried out at a ratio of S: W = 1: ????? with stirring in accordance with the reactions The slurry temperature in the leaching process rises from 20 to 80oC. The pulp is mixed at a speed of 40-50 rpm. At the end of the reaction, stirring is stopped and the pulp is allowed to settle for 30 minutes. The solution is decanted through a suction filter into an intermediate collector, from where it is sent for gold deposition. The next portion of aqua regia (1: ????) is added to the insoluble residue and the leaching process is continued until the reaction is completely terminated. The excess acidity of the pulp does not exceed 50 g / l. To remove excess nitric acid, a saturated solution of urea is introduced into the reactor with stirring. The neutralization reaction proceeds according to the reaction HNO3 + CO (NH2) 2_ HNO3 • CO (NH2) 2. At the end of the leaching operation, gold, platinum, palladium, copper, iron are in solution, and silver and lead in the form of silver chloride and lead chloride are in the precipitate, which is fed to the suction filter for filtration. The insoluble residue, containing silver and lead chlorides, is washed on a filter with hot water (70oC) at a S: L ratio of 1: 3 until there are no precious metals in the wash water. The slurry filtration rate is 0.20 m3 / m2 • h. The insoluble residue is dehydrated, dried and melted. The silver obtained after smelting is sent for further processing, and the filtrate and wash water containing precious metals are combined and sent to a collection for further gold precipitation. The solution containing precious metals is poured into a landing reactor to separate gold from platinum metals. The deposition of gold is carried out with a saturated solution of iron (II) sulfate, which selectively and almost completely precipitates gold, and the acidity of the solution can vary within wide limits. The deposition of gold is carried out with stirring and heating (70 ° C). The gold deposition process is described by the equation AuCl3 + 3Fe (SO4) _ Au + Fe2 (SO4) 3 + FeCl3. The resulting slurry is filtered on a suction filter. The precipitate - gold mud - on the filter is washed with hot water (70oC) until neutral. The wash solution is combined with the filtrate. The gold sludge is dewatered, dried and sent to smelting. The de-gold solution-filtrate is sent to extract platinum and palladium from it. The solution containing platinum and palladium is poured into the landing vessel and heated to a temperature of 60 ° C, and a 10% solution of ammonium chloride is poured in with stirring. The process of isolating platinum in the form of a chloroplatinate salt is described by the reaction H2PtCl6 + 2NH4Cl _ (NH4) 2 (PtCl6) 4 + 2HCl The resulting pulp is settled and cooled to 20 ° C, then filtered on a suction filter, washed with ????% ammonium chloride solution, dehydrated, dried and calcined in a muffle furnace at 800 ° C to spongy platinum, and the filtrate is sent to the precipitation of palladium. The solution containing palladium is poured into the reactor. Before precipitation, to make sure that the paladium is in the tetravalent state, the required amount of nitric acid is added to the reactor for oxidation until the reaction is terminated. The oxidation process is described as follows: H2 (PdCl4) + 2HNO3 + 2HCl _ H2 (PdCl6) + 2NO2 + Q. The solution in the reactor is heated to a temperature of 80 DEG C. and a ????% solution of ammonium chloride is poured in with stirring. The process of isolating palladium in the form of a chloropalladate salt is described by the reaction H2PdtCl6 + 2NH4Cl _ (NH4) 2 (PdtCl6) + 2HCl. The resulting pulp is settled and cooled to 20 ° C and filtered on a suction filter, the precipitate is washed with ?????% ammonium chloride solution on the filter, dehydrated, dried and calcined at 800 ° C to spongy palladium. The filtrate and washings are combined and sent to the precipitation of the remaining amounts of platinum and palladium with sodium thiosulfate. Example 2. Carried out analogously to example 1, but the de-gold solution is heated to 100oC, the temperature of the pulp in the leaching process is increased from 20 to 100oC, and the insoluble residue containing silver and lead chlorides is washed on a filter with hot water, the temperature of which is 80oC, gold precipitation with a solution iron (II) sulfate is carried out while heating the solution to 90 ° C, and the solution containing platinum and palladium is heated to 80 ° C. Example 3. Carried out analogously to example 1, but the calcination of chloroplatinate and chloropalladate is carried out at a temperature of 900 ° C
