The ratchet assembly works freely in both directions It has been tested and is a fully functioning tool.

This is a very old one but still works and has numbers I've not seen 00 and then on other side barley can just see a 6 and 5 I think the guy that owned it was 94 year old and it came from his estate and he helped put the man on the moon
