For sale today is a used AmScope, IN300TC-FL, 40x-1000x, Plan Phase Contrast Culture Inverted Fluorescence Microscope. I bought this microscope while in college to get some hands on experience and run a few cool experiments. It has been very well maintained and is in near perfect condition.
