The Triplett FiberTest VFL 3340 is a visual fiber fault locator that can detect breaks, leaks, defective connectors and splices. It has a universal 2.5mm fitting and works on single, duplex, or multi-fiber cables. It is compatible with ST, SC, and FC male connectors and can identify TOSLINK cables. The FiberTest VFL 3340 has a dust cap for protection, a 5mw 650nm laser, and a tough machined aluminum housing. It also features an innovative rotating collar that protects buttons and a "test in progress" red LED indicator light. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned 14 days past the delivery date and must be returned in their original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all accessories and product manual. Our Customer Care is available to answer questions Monday – Friday, between 7:00AM and 5:00PM MST. The device uses three different test signals - continuous wave, slow pulse, and rapid pulse. It comes with a 1-year warranty and has product dimensions of 1" x 1" x 7.5" and weighs 4.8 ounces. If you're looking to purchase the FiberTest VFL 3340, all products are brand new and come in the original packaging with a complete manufacturer’s warranty. The Standard Warranty applies to a one-year period, although some products come with a longer warranty. Payment methods include PayPal and all major credit cards for orders shipped within the US.
