Hickok 539A Tube Tester for parts or repair, the tester powers on and I tried testing a couple tubes but the test meter does not register any movement, the Line and Bias meters appear to function just fine but the MICROMHOS meter needle does not move, it is not known if the meter is bad or if there is another issue.
