this is a Turbo Chef oven in outstanding condition. The unit came from a hospital cafeteria and has been regularly serviced and meticulously clean throughout its life. Unit doesn't require a hood and has small footprint.. great to use in retail, cafe, coffee shop, deli, or sandwich shop type setting. The unit was purchased by a small deli where it operated great until it was knocked over by an employee while cleaning. After the fall, the unit did not work. The unit was taken to a factory-certified repair center where the only problem found was a fuse holder cracked by the fall. This fuse holder was replaced in July 2016 and the oven found to be in excellent working condition after the repair (see repair invoice). I would love to keep it, a great piece of versatile equipment.. But we are expanding our kitchen adding hoods, fryer, & grill. A new comparable Turbo Chef oven retails for approximately $10,000 Full manuals are available in PDF form through the turbo chef website. Comes loaded with over a dozen factory presets, all of which are customizable and can be reconfigured to your menus specific needs or used as-is. Flat-rate door to door shipping in USA is $200, will ship plastic wrapped on a small pallet (36x36) easy to lift with two people, you will not need a forklift or pallet jack.
