You are looking at a Kenwood TKR-820 uhf repeater that was removed from service in 2015. A tag states that it was working when removed, putting out 20 watts, 4.8 khz deviation, .1 receiver sensitivity on the commercial frequency that it is, or was, on at that time. Has a few scratches, missing screws, needs cleaned, and has stickers on it and residue from some that were removed.

Used GE Ericsson DRC-200 UHF programmable desktop repeater (450-470 MHz) programmed on GMRS 462.6500 TX / 467.6500 RX with a 331 DPL. This repeater has been setting in my climate controlled workshop for about twelve years; it powers up and seems to repeat ok with CW ID. It is showing around 20 watts output on my meter (my meter and cable not included) as can be seen in the pictures.
