What we have here is a CDI micro adjustable torque screw driver, model 61SM, with a torque range of 20" to 100" inch ounces. This tool is in excellent used condition and being a SnapOn product comes with the quality and feel you've come to expect from this legendary tool maker. While this driver is not technically new, it was used very little in a climate controlled aerospace environment which maintained a stringent tool control and calibration program.
