It also comes with a control box that is capable of regulating the temperature of water and chocolate, or any other substance the machine may be used for. This exceptional apparatus is in excellent condition and could be ideally utilized for brewing or distilling, among other applications. This top-quality Vat/Batch Pasteurizer has a capacity of approximately 45 gallons and comes with a Chocolate System that boasts a stainless steel jacketed hinged lid tank, an agitator, a pump, and controls. This sturdy piece of machinery has been expertly crafted and was previously used in a Breyer's Ice Cream facility, but it has the potential to serve various purposes. Notable components include the Sumitomo 3 Phase Induction Motor, the Endress + Houser Liquiphant, and the circulation pump. Additionally, there is an unlabeled motor at the base and an air pressure controller included.
