  TWO VICTOREEN CDV-700  MODEL 6B GEIGER COUNTERS Here are two used CDV-700 Model 6B Victoreen Extended Range geiger counters. These operate using 4 x size D flashlight batteries. I bought these several years ago and they were working. However, they have been in storage (without batteries) for a number of years, not used at all, so I am selling them "as-is". Both have probes, with GM tubes, but these have not been tested. One probe cable has been cut, and the battery retainer clips are missing from one of the units. The Model CDV-700 6B was upgraded from the original CDV (Civil Defense) meters in that the circuit is totally transistorized.  Made in 1962. these are in excellent condition. These are being sold as a pair "as-is."  Any questions, just let me know, thanks.
