With four 13” tires and a very small foot print, it is highly mobile. We use industrial Honda and Briggs and Stratton Van Guard series engines. These engines are direct coupled to a triplex ceramic plunger high pressure pump. A Beckett heavy duty 12 volt burner system provides infinitely thermostatically adjustable water temperature from cold to 250F* and is supplied by a large 8 gallon non-rusting fuel tank. Our rugged powder coated frame has a lifting point, integrated hose hooks, wand holder and frame mounted control panel including burner on/off switch, adjustable thermostat and nozzle caddy. A word about by-pass heat damage: All pressure washers with trigger gun control incorporate an unloading valve to re-direct the water flow when the trigger gun is shut. Like any hydraulics, tremendous temperature is generated quickly due to friction of the water while re-circulating. In just a matter of minutes they can be hot enough to start damaging the pump seals, valves and unloader valve. As long as the machines are not left running with the gun shut for more than 2-4 minutes then it is not a problem. If there will be numerous operators of pressure washers, then consider our VP wand with trigger-less gun option for a nominal up-charge. It's a simple solution to a very common (and potentially expensive) problem. Dealer installation or damage from improper installation of the machine or alteration by a dealer or promise of additional warranty from dealer.
