I am wondering what a coal drill is. I do not have the means to test the drill. It came from a very clean well cared for estate sell. I searched the net & could not find a single Black & Decker Coal Drill. And I am real good at finding items on the net. It is heavy at almost 33 lbs as shown. It is as shown in real clean good cosmetic condition. . I try to use many photos to describe what is listed as the pictures are part of my description.
