The actual shipping weight boxed is 9lbs., but shipping cost can be combined on multiple auctions won when possible. The motor currently just hums when pulled on and off, but cleaning it up and removing the gunk and greasy dust and dirt may get it to run again. There is also a reset knob on its shaft, with the arrow pointing to "C" when the large drive wheel revolves in 30 seconds. This vintage Bodine Electric Speed Reduction - Reducer Motor, Type CR-2, 1/80 H.P., is a metal badge made by Bodine Electric Co. The motor has large hooks to attach to a larger unit-motor. The gear ratio of the little brass plate in the front is 289. The motor is mounted onto the reducer and has a large knob in the center with Slow and Fast settings and the letters A-B-C-D-E. USPS Parcel Post with tracking number is the mode of shipping, and the item is packed in a professional manner for a safe arrival. The motor has volts of 115 and a duty cycle of INTRPM 5000, with amps of 0.4 and an H.P. of 1/80. Its temperature is 40*C and its Ctype is CR-2, while it is a universal motor.
