Up for auction is a vintage Model EICO 556 AC/DC Volt/OHM meter.  This meter is in good working condition.  However the common connection does not hold the hold pin very securely.  This meter takes a "AA" battery that I am including with the meter.  The 4 screws that hold the meter in the case I am not sure if they are the originals or not.  I am including what I believe is the original manual with this meter.  There is a date on the manual of 1952.  I that that the meter is from the 50's as well.  The manual shows some signs of wear and has been folded in half.  The meter itself shows some signs of wear but it does not effect how the meter works.  The battery will work its way loose if it is jiggled around much.  This meter also comes with it original red and black test leads that are in great condition. I have described this meter to the best of my ability but I am not an expert.  So if you have any questions or would like to see additional pictures please ask before placing your bid.  I will give you a shipping discount if you purchase more than one of my auctions.  However you must pay for all auctions won at the same time. have them shipped at the same time and to the same address.
