VINTAGE SIGNAL CORPS I-177B TUBE TESTER 1343 The auction is for a military I-177B Dynamic Mutual Conductance Tube Tester. The control panel is clean and in good condition. All sockets have been cleaned and are tight. The exterior case has been repainted. Test data booklet will be included with the unit. All switches have been check and cleaned. The type 83 rectifier tube has been replaced with a solid state 83 and 5Y3 tube has been checked for balance, replaced if needed. All resistors have been checked and replaced as needed. All capacitors have been replaced. The three low ohms resistors that are used for calibration have been replaced with potentiometers. The three potentiometers make it easier to re- calibration when needed. With Line Adjust set and signal voltage at 5 VAC; All filament voltages are within 10%. Plate voltage is 153 VDC Screen voltage is 131 VDC Diode Test is 19.5 VAC Rectifier Voltage Test is 169 VAC OZ4 Voltage Test is 316 VAC All voltage measurements were taken with a Fluke 115 DMM shunted to simulate 1,000 ohms/volt meter sensitivity. House voltage is 120 VAC. Please look at all pictures before bidding. If you would like me to test a certain tube let me know. Terms of Sale I will combine shipping. I will combine shipping if I can. Sometimes heavy items can not be shipping together. If you should win or purchase more than one item that I’m selling, please wait for an invoice prior to payment. If it arrives broken then I should have packaged it more securely. I no longer give partial refunds for shipping damage as I have had several customers request partial credit claiming shipping damage who have then provided me with photos of another item, not the one I sold. You must return the item to me for refund. Do not demand a refund without returning the item. This goes against Ebay policy and I will report you. If I send you the wrong item by mistake please let me know. You should let me know and return the item. I will pay for return shipping as long the item shipped the same method as I shipped the item and the item is received in the same condition as I sent it. Once I receive the item back, I will give you a full refund or send you the correct item. If you bid on an item by mistake I can cancel the bid. If you should change your mind or were not clear on what you bid on I will cancel bid if you let me know before the end of the auction. Should you change your mind after receiving an item I've no problem with you returning it. I want everyone who purchases from me to be a happy. However, in this one case, I do require that you pay the return costs. I sell and I ship to domestic, US based addresses. I will ship some items internationally using the Global Shipping Program only to eligible countries. Once the item leaves the Global Shipping Center in the US, I will consider it to have been received in good order and any damage or loss due to shipping beyond that point is your responsibility.
