VINTAGE VICTOREEN #478 PRECISION GLASS ENCAPSULATED RESISTOR, 900,000 MEGOHMS, 1%,  NEW.  ThIs is a unique high quality vintage American-made precision resistor.  The Victoreen company has a deservedly stellar reputation for excellent products.  The resistor  is sealed in a glass tube which measures 1 3/4" long by 3/16" diam.  The wire leads are 1 1/2" long.  I found this resistor about 30 years ago while cleaning out the parts room of a scientific laboratory.  It had apparently never been used.  I kept it thinking I might have some use for it, but  have finally decided that it is surplus to my needs.  It has been tested and easily passed the tests.  This vintage resistor with such high resistance is rather rare, so my price is quite a bargain.  Its high precision value makes it especially worthwhile in high voltage circuits demanding stability. Package weighs 2 oz.  U.S. buyer pays shipping and handling charges totaling $2.85.  Will ship by International Priority Mail but shipping cost will vary with location plus a $1.00 handling fee.  Prefer payment by PayPal.  "Buy It Now" price.  A 10% discount is offered for purchase of two or more of my current eBay listings at the same time plus a possible reduced shipping cost.  In this case please wait to be invoiced before paying.
