We are offering for sale one each probe station for bare die or semiconductor wafers. Three probe heads manufactured by Dumas Instrument Co. model DR-100 are included. Also included in the light tight (?) box is a vacuum chuck and Spencer binocular microscope with 15x W.F. eyepieces giving 15, 20 and 30X magnification. Additional probe tips and Chuck parts as shown are included. Exterior dimensions are 20 inches deep by 15 inches high and 25 inches left-right. Please look at all the pictures to determine condition. These items look to be fully functional but have not been used for several years. Local pick-up, UPS or freight delivery options are available, inquire. Our company purchased a closed facility and this equipment is from that location and is excess to our needs. We do not know the history of the item, technical manpower is too limited to fully test this older equipment hence it is being sold as-is. We are have provided as much information as possible on this item and tried to get good photos for your reference.
