IT IS NSF APPROVED SO YOU CAN USE IT IN RESTAURANTS. IT HAS A TIMER THAT GOES FROM 0-60 SECONDS. THE TIMER WORKS. ON THE TOP OF THE UNIT IT HAS A 2 SPEED SWITCH FOR LOW AND HIGH. YOU PUT THE CUP IN AND PUT YOUR STUFF IN IT AND YOU ARE UP AND GOING. ON THE BOTTOM IT HAS RUBBER FEET AND A CLIP ON THE BOTTOM. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE CLIP IS FOR. THE MODEL NUMBER IS DMC10 AND BELOW THAT IT SAYS 31DM10. IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAS SOME RUBBER SILICONE ON THE BOTTOM, MAYBE IT WAS APPLIED WHEN THEY MANUFACTURED IT TO KEEP MOISTURE FROM GETING INSIDE THERE, NOT SURE.
