The "heads" are model 36019 The unit appears to be in good condition even though it's "used". It's clean, and the lens appears to be in good order. Lenses all look good. AC Adapter works well, as do the lamps. Keep in mind that the lamps are not warranted. in fact; we do not accept returns on medical equipment. There are initials engraved on the sides of a few pieces/heads. Nothing too serious. I'm just trying to be as detailed as possible without making your eyes cross. The insufflator bulb seems to work properly. There are 2 Welch Allyn "Blades", 2 Rusch "Blades", and 2 Macintosh "Blades". There is, and was colored tape wrapped around it, hence the dark brown "band" you see. Otherwise; the unit will arrive clean. Please read everything carefully. I personally believe this lot to be in good condition, but that's also opinionated. There are initials "engraved" on the sides of a few parts/heads. Nothing terrible, and not too noticeable. A head or two has a bit of sticker residue from the removal of colored "tape". The tape residue should come off. None of this is corroded. “This is a rather nice large lot with quite a few heads, and other accessories for Sigmoidoscopes, Anoscopes, and Laryngoscopes. You will receive everything you see in the photos. Laryngoscope Blades Photo #6 The light works well. It also includes the insufflator bulb, and the hoses are in good shape as well. A few of the Anosocope/Sigmoidoscope heads have a small engraving on them. Nothing serious. Everything is clean. Please be sure this equipment fits your needs, and is compatible with your existing equipment. We do not accept returns on medical tools and/or equipment, and we do not warrant or guarantee lamps for any particular time. There is one lamp bulb that is in the package.
