Purchaser consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Should TPK be required to enforce the terms and conditions of use and purchase or seek to collect any claim for the amount due pursuant to any transaction by Purchaser from TPK, then TPK shall be entitled to recover all collection costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, including trail and appeals, court costs and investigative costs, interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of purchase until the date of payment in full. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS: TPK shall not be held liable for typographical errors.
