This auction is for a set of - ROPER WHITNEY PEXTO punch and die. These fit the No. 20, 24, and 25 manual screw punches, which are also made by WHITNEY METAL.
Good working order, this heavy duty Henderer punch comes with one die (marked with W so most likely Whitney) 17/32. Die snaps on and off, screw works smooth. This is a vintage piece from Henderer Company out of Wilmington Delaware moved to Delaware in 1872.
This hand punch is essentially brand new. I sampled it for a project but it didn't work for my purposes, so it sat on a shelf in my studio for perhaps 6 years. There's still oil in the tool and every part is present and in pristine condition, along with the case and paper instructions/parts list.
