This is a Roper Whitney bridge riveter. It bears the number 38, 9-6 and has 580000586 cast into the handle. The tool has been in storage and appears to have had very little, if any, use.

This is a ROPER WHITNEY punch stand/base. Fits the older # 20 screw type punch. Has the 2 set screw/clamp bolts and one through bolt with nut.

Good working condition has 1/4" punch & die in it , needs to be cleaned up, has some light rust in spots.
