It has been sitting for a while so the swivel base is seized up due to rust. I have not attempted to get it moving but I am sure it can be done. The vise itself does work although it can be a little hard to turn at times. With a good cleaning and oiling this vise could be in nice working condition again. Overall size when closed is about 14" long, 6 1/2" wide, and 6 1/4" tall. Please call or message us with any questions!
