Wiltron 9041 Transmission Level and Return Loss Measuring Set This unit is for testing of Through and Terminal Balance in telephone offices. The 9041 measures transmission level, receive frequency response, echo return loss and singing return loss on 4-wire or 2-wire, 600 ohm or 900 ohm circuits. Without any other test equipment, one person can make central Office Balance and Net Loss measurements to North American and CClTT objectives on both incoming and outgoing circuits. Measurements can be made at the OGT (Outgoing trunk) of 2-wire switching offices since complete on/off hook supervision with indicators is provided. Level +2 to -8 dBm - Return Loss 0 to 10 dB The black plastic connector panel is cracked, otherwise the unit is in good condition. The item is being sold as-is for parts or repair.
