Was purchased from Grossman's Lumber which is like a Home Depot or Lowes. This is a retro book for electrical wiring. 32nd Edition.  Wiring is based on the most recent code at that time. It appears that Richter autographed the book without signing his name. See my photo for the autograph. He appeared to believe in energy conservation back in the 70's before conservation was fashionable. The writing cannot be authenticated as of this insertion into Ebay, but appears at face value to be original.
