It was last serviced December 2007 and has probably seen very little use since then... They also put on a new belt (see receipt) The work table is VERY nice... It has a little bit of wear on the top... still looks and works great as is... If you want perfection, it would not take much to get it sanded and stained. The metal frame looks very nice and is FREE of rust or any significant flaws Motor and all electrical are PERFECT... The Singer Motor is so clean and running strong and smooth All pedals and levers working perfectly I believe everything here is SEMANCO (Singer OEM) NO aftermarket stuff.... Sewing machine itself is great---NO major flaws or evidence of heavy use or abuse The underside and bobbin are super clean Original wrinkle paint looks so good--- Really the only cosmetic flaw is the worn off SINGER logo on one side of the machine--- Can be replaced pretty easily The light works and looks great---It however can use a little attention... It is held together at the base with tape (should be an easy fix) The table measures: 48"x21" Table Top Footprint 30" Tall (table top height) Overall, It is CLEAN, COMPLETE and looks great! I bet this was in the same home for decades.... It was not in an industrial setting... Overall, I can say that this is a "low mileage" unit Colorado's dry air and mild climate have this aging nicely NO rattling pieces inside NO smoke odor NO missing pieces NO rust, dust or oxidation NO heavy sun fade NO evidence of being dropped Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED I never leave my buyers disappointed--NEVER *Domestic Buyers* SORRY LOCAL PICK UP ONLY....
