Research shows this to be used on a Chevy Distributor, as well as Chysler Instrument Panels, but please research the tool before you bid so you know what exactly you are getting. Not many of these around. It was found in the back of Grandfathers toolbox.

Proto 6022B -- 140-700 Foot Pound Ratchet Head Micrometer Torque Wrench Torque wrench was given to me by my father-in-law who was a sales manager for Stanley-Proto several years ago. I've never used it and it appears to have hardly been used in the past. Haven't checked calibration, but given the obviously low signs of use, it is probably good as new.
