Shipping Non-Military International - add $2.00 USD handling. Via USPS, mailed off in one or two business days. Delivery times vary. Military and international addresses - Please be patient with customs and expect longer ship times; I have no control over those matters. U.S. military addresses to foreign lands do not count as international, although it still involves a customs form; military addresses are not charged the handling fee. Once the shipment leaves the US, it goes into a black hole. USPS does not update the tracking beyond the last handling facility within the US. There is no way for me to know how the shipment is coming along. If you want peace of mind, you may elect to pay the extra post office fee for overseas tracking, but it is quite pricey. Special handling requests - Let me know if you need special handling: rush delivery, gift do not show price, extra packing care, etc. Insurance, Signature Confirmation, Theft - Shipments of $250 and over are required by PayPal to be insured. For those worried about theft of their packages from their porch or similar scenarios, signature confirmation will not deter theft, as any signature will do and does not have to be the intended recipient. The best way to approach the problem is to request that your local post office hold the package for you to pick up in person. I may elect to require signature confirmation for certain orders, and in some of those cases, I will communicate with you beforehand to ensure that you or your designated representative is the correct person who will sign for the package. Tubes - Combined shipping possible for multiple rolled items into a single tube, depends on tube dimension and paper stock. Order shipped in separate installments - In a few cases, I may elect to ship an order in more than one installment without sending you any additional messages to the effect, for example for high-end fragile items where it's not a good idea to pack too many parts. Each shipment gets a separate tracking number if applicable. Returns & Refunds So far I've had no returns, everyone seems happy. Please contact me to arrange returns and/or refunds. I trust that everyone is adult-reasonable and honest. Please do NOT alter times, adulterate them, swap out components, then return for a refund. Such practices are frowned upon by collectors and reasonable people. Feedback I tend to get to the feedbacks after your order has been delivered. Even if you're not happy w/ your purchase, please contact me before leaving feedback so I know what's wrong so I can improve the item's listing, adjust the price, or overall make it better to benefit all bidders and watchers in the future.
