This is a yarn tension meter made by the German company Zivy, made in Switzerland. From the research I have done I can see this is a pretty nice item. There are not very many of these on eBay especially with the original box and instruction manual. The instruction manual is fully legible besides one small blotch on the text. It's obviously of German origin but the manual is translated to English on the second side. The meter itself, from what I can see, is in good condition. I do not know anything about the use of the item so I cannot guarantee that it's calibrated or works properly but if it works as good as it looks you should be good to go. The box is not in the best shape, disproportionate to the other items included, but serves its purpose as needed. I only ship to the lower 48 states of the U.S. PayPal only.
